Domestic and International shipping

We take about 2-5 business days to create your art print. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. During the checkout process, we will display all of the shipping options (which includes USPS and FedEx expedited shipping options), shipping costs and estimated times for shipping.

We will send you an email confirming your order after your purchase.  If you see an error in your shipping address, notify us right away to avoid additional shipping charges to correct your order.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Applesauce Art does not take responsibility for possible fees.


Return Policy

If a mistake happens with your order, we want to make it right.  Applesauce Art will replace an art print that is defective, damaged by the shipper during transit or the wrong item (is not what you ordered).

RETURN PROCESS:

STEP ONE: Notify Applesauce Art via email at customerservice@applesauceart.com within 15 calendar days from the original ship date. Please include order number, reason for return, and a photo of the damage/defect within the email.

STEP TWO: Mail item to our address: Applesauce Art, 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311.  **Please include your packing list with your returned item**

STEP THREE: Applesauce Art will send you the correct item and share those tracking details with you once shipped.

Note: Applesauce Art will reimburse your shipping cost on the original order.
